• No minimum spend is required for the event.
• The event is recommended for children aged 7 years and above. Children below 7 years old must at all times be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the event.
• The Management of Causeway Point, Century Square & Tampines 1 and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way, from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event.
• In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Causeway Point, Century Square & Tampines 1 and their appointed Event Organiser will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management of Causeway Point, Century Square & Tampines 1 and/or any third parties authorised by Causeway Point, Century Square & Tampines 1 for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Causeway Point, Century Square & Tampines 1 and/or its authorised third parties.
